Return Policy

At our Western boutique, we want y’all to be happy with every purchase! Please read through our policies below so we can make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible.


Returns

Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All returns must be back to our store location within 15 calendar days of the date received — NO EXCEPTIONS.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send your store credit via email in the form of a digital gift card.


Condition of Returned Merchandise

Merchandise must be in NEW condition, which means:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Odor-free

  • Free of pet hair

  • No deodorant, makeup, or other markings

If any of these conditions aren’t met, we’ll have to return the item(s) back to you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please reach out to USPS or UPS for assistance.


Sale Items

All sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes (but isn’t limited to):
Jewelry, belts, wild rags, cards, hats, all smell-good items, bags, keychains, mugs, hair accessories, flyswatters, card holders, wallets, and bodysuits.


Late or Missing Store Credit

If you haven’t received your store credit please feel free to contact us immediately and we’ll resend it to you ASAP.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong so we can fix it. 

Important: Damages must be reported before wearing the garment, and ALL tags must remain attached.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

We also do not accept cancellations on orders. If you have any questions, feel free to direct message us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution. We’re here to make your experience as smooth as possible, and we want every customer to leave happy with their purchase.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the correct item is to return your current item and message us so we can help you place a new order for the replacement.
